Build: Renovation of existing house
Architect: SOS Architects
Project Overview: This project allowed us to work on a beautiful art deco house renovation. We worked with traditional materials such as brick, tile, and timber that came together to bring warmth and a natural feel to this home.
Using these materials across all of the rooms ensured a cohesive style throughout the entire single storey home. Using the existing structure enabled the unique charm of the house to be kept.
Gray St, Brunswick
Build: Demolition of existing house and new build
Architect: Solomon Troup Architects
Project Overview: This house renovation included a double story build. Wooden design features were highlighted such as the wall paneling throughout the ground floor, and the exposed floor joists in the ceiling of the kitchen.
This house renovation also gave us the opportunity to work with terracotta for the external cladding, bringing a unique exterior to the inner city suburb.
