Hi I’m Daniel / Director
I am the Director of Kwaliteit Constructions. I have been in the industry for over 15 years and established my company in 2021. In my spare time I enjoy time with my wife and two daughters and like to follow Leeds United. I will be your first point of contact for any queries in starting your build with us. I will also work with my site supervisors and project manager to update you on your project works and you’ll see me on site a few days a week.
Hi I’m Dom / Quality & Support Officer
I have been the Quality and Support Manager for Kwaliteit constructions since its beginning in 2021. My favourite part of working at Kwaliteit Constructions is their attention to detail, the effort they put into every project and I also enjoy learning about all elements that go into each build. You may not see me on site but I’ll be working in the background and am a part of the major decision making within the company. I have three beautiful children which keep me busy. I love to travel and explore new bars and restaurants.
Hi I’m Luke / Site Manager
I am a Site Manager at Kwaliteit Constructions and am a qualified carpenter with over 10 years of experience in the construction industry. My favourite part of a build is being active onsite, coordinating the trades and seeing it all come together to create a home. You are most likely to meet me at the site visits, discussing your project progress. When I’m not at work, I’m doing early morning beach walks and coffee catch ups with friends.
Hi I’m Emily / Office Manager
I am the Office Manager at Kwaliteit Constructions. I worked in public relations and marketing for over eight years before shifting into office management. Hailing from Queensland, you’ll find me at the beach on a warm weekend, and devouring a pub parma at trivia during the week. You won’t see me with a hammer in hand, but you’ll hear from me as I complete my daily office activities.
Hi I’m Alex / Junior Estimator
I’m the Junior Estimator at Kwaliteit Constructions. I’m in my final year of studies for Construction Management (quantity surveying), and enjoy putting my studies into practice with real world projects at Kwaliteit Constructions. Having recently moved from New Zealand to Melbourne, outside of work you’ll find me at a gig or having a beer at the bar with mates.
Hi I’m Sophie / Office Admin
I am the Finance / Office Admin at Kwaliteit Constructions. Studying Property Valuation at uni, my favourite part of the job is learning about the financial side of the construction industry with invoicing and payroll. Outside of work and uni, I enjoy running around the footy field with my AFL team.
Hi I’m Blake / Labourer
I am a labourer at Kwaliteit Constructions. I spend my days picking up materials and helping across all the sites, keeping them clean and safe. Moving to Melbourne from Brisbane last year, I’m enjoying getting to know the city. I have a background in landscaping, and a university degree in science!
